Shipping & Returns
Ordering info:
Orders are processed as soon as they come in. Should
you need to cancel an order - call us immediately - 262-782-2501.
We may or may not be able to cancel the order. Most items ship within
1-2 business days.
Shipping:
UPS and FedEx are our primary shippers. If your order is 6 beds or more,
please call us. We may be able to save you money on shipping and ship
via truck.
Oversize Charges
Because some large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is
higher. For these products we have added a delivery surcharge; in
addition to regular delivery charges.
We only ship within the Continental US.
We try to make certain that every package is packed securely so it will
arrive to you without damage. Every package is insured for damage during
delivery. If your package is received with damage, please let us know as
soon as possible so we can help you with the claims process.
Product Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us for a return
authorization prior to returning any merchandise.
We only accept returned merchandise in “factory new” condition. We must
be able to resell the product as new in the
condition it is received.
Factory new includes:
- The original retail packaging in like-new condition. No missing,
torn, taped, scratched, crushed, soaked or disfigured packaging will
be accepted. Packaging includes all padding, spacers, bags and any
other component used for packaging the product or its accessories.
- All parts, fittings, adapters, instructions, manuals, cords and
any other components that were included with each product eligible
for return.
Always package the returned items inside of another durable box to
prevent damage to the original product packaging. If items are
damaged during shipping in transit back to us due to improper
packaging, you will only be refunded for the items not damaged, less
any additional shipping costs to return the damaged products to you.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's
expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items;
no exceptions will be made.
