Spaghetti Squash Garlic, Olives & Olive Oil

This is a Simple, Easy, and Delicious SPAGHETTI SQUASH RECIPE. Double the recipe for a great SPAGHETTI SQUASH CASSEROLE.


1 Medium Spaghetti Squash
3-4 cloves of garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Black olives
3/4 cups crumbed Feta or Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup water
Sea salt & ground black pepper to taste


Cut Spaghetti Squash in half length wise. In a large frying pan, add 1/2 cup water and place squash halves face down in water, cover pan. Cook at medium heat till you can pierce with a knife (about 30-45 minutes). As squash is cooking, sauté garlic in the extra-virgin olive oil.

Once squash is fully cooked, remove squash from frying pan and remove all seeds. Using a serving fork, scrape squash out and into the pan with the garlic. Cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add  olives, cheese, salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve.
